I personally asked 10 british people to explain the word ‘quango’ as it appears in the book ‘life in the uk’and none of them I mean none of them had heard of it before.I ‘ve here 20 yrs I equally british like anybody I pay my taxes do what needs to be done so why the test now?VERY UNFAIR FOR THOSE WHO DONT HAVE ENGLISH AS FIRST LANGUAGE.
